This year Competition will take place on OCT 3rd 2010 (Sunday) @ 3:30pm on the biggest stage of Calgary, Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

1) I have read and understand all the rules and regulation of this competition and hereby agree to follow them.
2) I agree not to interfere in the actions of Bhangra Flames (aka Virsa Punjab Da) competition.
3) I agree to all the terms presented in this registration package and understand that I’m legally bound to them.
4) I declare that Bhangra Flames (aka Virsa Punjab Da) is not liable for any injury, damages, or theft (personal belongings or bhangra props) that may occur during this event.
5) Bhangra Flames (aka Virsa Punjab Da) has the right to make video, take pictures of performances and publish them for advertising in future.
6) I understand that the organizers are not responsible for any technical difficulties encountered with any team’s music (i.e. CD skipping or scratches).
7) Any damage due to the performance, and or obnoxious/rude behavior will be the liability of the team.
8) I understand that only participants and 2 volunteers will be back stage all the time, any extra person backstage will result in the team disqualification, even after the prize announcement.
9) I understand that only participants and coach will be on stage during the prize announcement, any extra person will result in the team disqualification.
10) I understand that my prize can be taken back by organization, if there is any dispute created by the team or the person related to the team.
11) I understand that all decisions made by the Judges and by the Organizers are final.

Teams must register by September 12, 2010. All the rules and regulations are clearly
stated in the registration package.

* All teams must provide digital picture of the team along with 2 mins video of the team and   registration fee.
